Whenever possible, we also self-perform the actual construction and build phases of a project, enhanced by our relationship with Sun Electric, a regional electrical contracting firm, and documented QC processes. ESCO Partnerships
If you are an Energy Services Company (ESCO) or Consulting firm you will allocate significantly less effort and resources in managing the lighting portion of a total energy savings projects by partnering with Sun Industries. We can provide additional design expertise if needed. We can handle the complete implementation and construction tasks required for the lighting portion of the project. And that means hands on management and collaboration at the local facility, while providing project control tools and enhanced communications to the central ESCO team responsible for the client and the overall performance contract. Our proven expertise in performing projects across multiple facilities for large enterprises has resulted in a consistent, highly standardized and leveraged approach to getting the job done right, on-time and on-budget, with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Project Management Disciplines

Incentive Assistance
You may have access to substantial incentives and rebates associated with energy savings projects across most of your locations. Different geographies mean different and sometimes confusing rules, offers and processes associated with potential rebates available from local utilities or local/state governmental agencies. Plus, the evolving federal tax credit regulations associated with the EPAct of 2005 can provide substantial benefits, if you qualify and can prove it. We will assist you in identifying, documenting and obtaining those financial incentives for which you qualify, improving the financial projections associated with all of your lighting projects. We’ll help you secure these incentives for all of the facilities that you own and/or help you leverage the savings for reduced expenses in all of the facilities that you lease.
